Parking Lot Conduct

In Harmony Wellness values our patients; you are the reason that we are in business! Because of this, we would like to continue to be able to serve Colorado legal MMJ patients in our present location for a long time to come. Please help us ensure that we are able to do so by observing the following rules when you visit our establishment:

Patients that have limited mobility may use either the designated handicap spaces, or park in one of the three spaces directly in front of our store. All other In Harmony patrons are asked to use the parking spaces that are in the second and third rows of the lot (not any of the spaces directly in front of our building and particularly not in front of any of the other businesses in the Westgate Plaza).

Patients are reminded that the trip to our facility to pick up medication is not one of a social nature. Please do not plan on ‘meeting up’ with friends in our parking lot. Loitering in or around the Westgate Plaza is not permitted.

Patients are asked to refrain from smoking in the vicinity of the Westgate Plaza. Smoking is prohibited in front of the building, as well as in our parking lot. Smoking Cannabis in public is illegal and will not be tolerated.

Patients are asked to enter, park, and exit in a careful and controlled manner from the parking lot.

Patients are asked to help us keep our sidewalk and parking lot clean!! We have provided a trash bin in front of our establishment for your use. Neither trash nor cigarette butts should ever be left in or around the parking lot or sidewalks of the Westgate plaza.

Patients should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner when entering or exiting our store, as well as while visiting. Foul language will not be tolerated.

In Harmony is asking all Colorado legal MMJ patients to help represent our community in a professional manner. It stands to reason that at this time in our industry, we are being more closely watched by the world in general than other businesses, and it is all of our jobs to represent ourselves in a way that allows others to open their minds and view us as the mothers, fathers, professionals, volunteers, veterans, and productive and upstanding members of the community that we are.

In Harmony Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found in violation of these rules.
